Prerequisites & Documentation

Legal entities and sole traders (persons) can gain access to TSEK by submitting electronically a registration form and by presenting or dispatching all the required documentation within 40 days. Following a verification check of the documentation run by Tiresias, an e-mail is sent to the applicant’s e-mail address giving notice of the activation or any missing document. The required documentation for legal entities is the following:

  • Copy of the Articles of Association and/or good standing certificate issued by the competent authority,
  • Legal Representation Certificate or Proxy/Power of Attorney and
  • Statement by the company's legal representative

The required documentation for Sole Traders (Persons) is the following:

  • Recent business certificate issued by the competent authority and/or other documented evidence of the applicant’s business activity and
  • Statement of representation
