By simply searching the VAT of your company of interest, you are given direct access to data available in the Default Financial Obligations System (DFO) and Mortgages and Prenotations to Mortgages System (MPS) of Tiresias that display:
Default on financial obligations data
They relate to the inability to repay financial claims, such as bounced cheques, foreclosure , auctions, payment orders, etc.
- Detailed information on the items and amounts per category.
- The financial history of the VAT you are tracking for the current year, the last three years and aggregate data from previous years.
Ongoing data
- Includes records that have been paid off, cancelled, annulled, fully withdrawn, or dismissed by court decision.
Beneficial data (encumbrancer, claimant etc):
- The company or entity that holds the claim for all data sourced from the courts, the land registry and the auction website (payment orders, auctions, mortgages, etc.).
- In the case of a payment order, the reason for its issuance (e.g. invoice, cheque, loan).
Combine the above information with a company's Financial Data (balance sheets) or TSEK Bi report, which provides you with the Tiresias indicator regarding the probability of default on its obligations over the next 12 months, to obtain a more complete picture of its financial status.
