What is the TSEK APP?

The TSEK APP is an automatic system interconnection (API) application that provides you with direct access to financial behavior data (Tiresias Data) related to the corporate VAT number of clients or partners that you select, as they appear on the Tiresias database at any given time.

This allows you to directly incorporate the most up-to-date financial behavior data you need into your own applications or systems, in order to estimate the credit risk you undertake for each of your transactions.

What information do you receive?

  1. Tiresias Data
    You are informed about the financial behavior data of the VAT you are interested in, as recorded in the Default Financial Obligations System (DFO) and Mortgages and Prenotations to Mortgages System (MPS) of Tiresias.
  2. Beneficial Data

    In addition, you can choose whether to receive information about beneficial data , i.e. about the company or entity holding the claim, for all relevant records from court decisions, the land registry, and the auctions website (including payment orders, auctions, mortgages, etc.). In the case of a payment order, you will also be informed of the reason for its issuance (e.g. invoice, cheque, loan).

    If you choose to obtain this information, you will be provided with the items and a description of the beneficial data (bank name, company name, etc.) for each category of information (e.g. payment order, mortgage/prenotation, etc.),

  3. Company data
    This includes all information on the company you are tracking, that is collected by the General Commercial Registry (GEMI) and registered in the Tiresias database, such as:
  • VAT
  • Company Status (Active, Dissolved, etc.)
  • Company Name
  • Distinctive title
  • Type (SA, Ltd, IKE, etc.)
  • Telephone number
  • Business activity code
  • Description of activity
  • Foundation Date
  • Address
  • Tax Authority
