Tiresias sponsored Prodexpo, the leading conference of the Greek real estate market, which took place at the Athens Conservatory on October 21 and 22.
Mr. Ioannis Paloglou, Commercial Director of Tiresias, participated in the panel discussion on "Unlocking homeownership: The role of bank financing and creditworthiness," together with Ms. Theoni Alampasi, Secretary General of the Financial Sector and Private Debt Management, Ministry of National Economy and Finance, and Mr. Stylianos Iliadis, General Manager of Retail Banking and Asset Management at CrediaBank. The panel was moderated by Ms. Vicky Karga Kampani, Legal Real Estate Leader at KBVL Law Firm, Deloitte Legal Network.
In his speech, Mr. Paloglou pointed out that Tiresias acts as an umbrella for ensuring healthy transactions, providing banks with credit reports to assess the creditworthiness of prospective borrowers, while the applicants themselves have the opportunity to be informed about their credit profile and improve it.
